Ingredients
1CupsCornmealUse yellow cornmeal
3CupsWater
1CupCoconut Milk
1/4 TspNutmegGround
1WholeCinnamon Stick
1/2TspSalt
1TspVanilla Extract
3TbspCondensed Milk
Instructions
Add 3 cups of water, and 1 cup of coconut milk to a medium sized saucepan under a medium flame.
Add cornmeal to the saucepan and whisk until it becomes smooth in texture.
Add nutmeg, cinnamon stick, and vanilla extract, and bring to a boil.
Add condensed milk and continue stirring to avoid your porridge to become lumpy.
You can add more water of coconut milk to get the consistency that suits your taste.
Let cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Notes
